Corporate Overview
Give a summary of your company including your objectives, product or service description and marketing position
Company Ownership and Capital Structure
Describe the existing capital structure and ownership of the company.
Management Profiles
Give a full description of all the important management team members including information on board members and company advisors.
Product or Service
What is your company product or service?
What differentiates your product or service from the competition?
What is the value added of your product or service to a potential Customer?
Overview of Industry and Competitors
Describe your target market? Who is your typical customer?
What is the total market size? What share of the market do you have?
What is the expected growth rate of your target market?
What is your sales strategy and sales channels?
Who do you see as your current and future competitors?
How does your product or service compare to the competition?
Summary of Market Opportunity
Give a summary of the market opportunity that your company can provide to a major investor.
Financial Information
Please include quarterly historical audited financial statements for the last three (3)
years and projections for the next three years.
